Who we are
The Main Beach Property Index is run by Ari Starr, a registered real estate salesperson with Highland Property Gold Coast in Surfers Paradise, Queensland.
What we collect
- Your name, mobile number and, if you give it, your email address.
- Your building and apartment number, and whether you own it.
- The number of bedrooms, bathrooms and car spaces, and whether you can see the water.
- Whether you're thinking of selling, and the main reason if you tell us.
- The exact words you agreed to when you ticked the box, with the date and time.
Why we collect it
We use your details to text you when an apartment in your building lists or sells, to send you a short Main Beach property update each month, and to contact you if you ask for an appraisal. We only send texts to people who have ticked the box to say yes.
Who sees it
Your details are kept in Ari's secure database and are only used by Ari for property updates and services. We never sell your details, and we don't share them with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How to stop the texts
Reply OUT to any text and they stop. You can also call or text Ari on 0436 326 940.
Seeing, changing or deleting your details
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted. Call or text Ari on 0436 326 940, or email astarr@highlandproperty.com.au.
